Senior and Junior Floral Designers
Our blooming design and special occasion business has created the need for both full and part time Senior and Junior Designers in several of our London area locations.
Designers will be responsible for designing distinctive and imaginative arrangements for daily local deliveries, dealing with client accounts, weddings, funerals, corporate events and other special occasions. Our designers will also consult with customers to help plan and conceive arrangements that will create a memorable occasion. Responsibilities may also include cashiering, customer service, merchandising and daily shop maintenance as needed.
We are looking for designers who can make an immediate impact on our design business. Senior and Junior Designers must possess at least 3-5 years experience in hands-on, high-end floral designing. Floral Design Training and Certification is preferred. Candidates must be prepared to produce examples of their work in our design shops.

Store Managers
Managing daily operations, you'll be responsible for merchandising to drive sales; identifying business opportunities and growing a loyal customer base; monitoring store financial goals; recruiting and developing your store team; and ensuring the delivery of quality product and superior customer service.
The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and a proven record of success in a retail sales environment. Effective communication and leadership skills are required. Floral experience is highly preferred.
