Except where stated, Standard Delivery is next day, and a charge of £5.99 will be applicable within the UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Items ordered for the North London area will be delivered by our own delivery drivers where possible, otherwise your order will be processed by 1 of 1700 Interflora members throughout the UK. All quality checked to meet the high standards of the Interflora brand and that of the Pinks Flower Group.
Some products may be delivered via courier or postal services to UK mainland addresses. When ordering, we will advise you of the first available delivery date for your chosen item. Pinks offer delivery on your specified date, anytime before 5.30pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times if ordered online. We can however offer guaranteed delivery times if ordering by phone, although additional delivery charges may apply.
Delivery Procedure
In case the recipient is not in when the delivery is attempted their flowers are:
Left with a neighbour - A card will be put through the door stating the house number of the neighbour the flowers are left with.Left safe
on the Premises - The order will be left on the premises provided that it is left out of the weather, in a secure safe location and a card is put through the recipients’ door stating where the order is and also the time the delivery driver called.
Responsibility for gifts
Delivery to any of the departments listed will be made to the relevant reception area:
Company buildings
Funeral parlours
Crematorium
BFPO Stations
Government offices
Institutions
Military bases
Hospitals
Maternity wards
Nursing homes
Responsibility for the gift once delivered is with the relevant authority.
