All our staff undertake a 2 week training course, firstly to promote top quality customer care and support, but also to ensure that every bouquet, arrangement, even single flowers, leave our stores in perfect condition and in well presented co-ordinated packaging.

Our transport links mean we can deliver all over the UK for next day arrival, using our own flowers and creative skills to ensure the bouquet you collect from our store is of parallel quality to a bouquet delivered to Mum, on your behalf, in Manchester!
We also offer regular customers the ability to open a business or personal account, entitling you to additional in store and website discounts. Account customers also receive discounts for any weddings/sympathy or special functions you may wish us to perform.
All in all we are only here for you the customer!
What's the next step?
As part of the service at Pinks we offer you a free, no obligation site survey. We visit your business and discuss your needs and requirements, we also offer you some suggestions as to how you can improve you floral displays if necessary.
We will endeavour to contact you within the next few weeks to arrange an appointment.
Following the visit we then submit a proposal to you, detailing what we intend to do on a monthly basis, every item individually priced.
Then the choice is yours! If you feel you don't
what to implement the service you are under no obligation! If you do,
you can contact us and we will set a start date with you.

Pinks 'Homecare™'
As an additional service to our customers we offer a unique service by which we visit you home once a week and actually do you flower arrangements for you!
Removing all the hassle of throwing away your old flowers, cleaning the cases, then going out to buy more, we do all this for you! We can even water your plants for you!
In addition we also change the vases each week giving you a unique look every week!
How much will this service cost?
As always with flowers, prices vary depending on what flowers you would like. Our minimum vase price starts for £18 a week per vase.
Why such good value?
With our large customer base we are able to constantly rotate our glassware, ensuring you get something different each week. The vases belong to us (unless broken) and we are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance. Our flowers are of the highest quality, never more than 2 days out of the ground, we therefore guarantee a minimum of 7 days vase life (subject to proper care conditions).
