What delivery areas do you cover?

We are a small business located in Barnet, EN5 - we can only cover areas close to our store such as EN5, EN4, EN2, EN3, WD6,N2,N3,N12,N20,N21. We are unable to deliver any items nationally. Should you want to check whether we cover your area please phone the store on 0208 441 5777.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

If our team is provided with enough time to update your order, we will always try our hardest to accommodate this. However if the new delivery address is out of our delivery area, or if the item is already on route we will sadly not be able to amend the final destination.

Do you use courier companies to deliver your flowers or do you use your own vans?

We personally hand deliver all out bouquets by using our gorgeously branded Pinks Florists vans. This way we can ensure every bouquet is delivered with the upmost care and reach its final destination in one piece!

I would like my flowers to be delivered at a particular time, can you do this for me?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily we are unable to guarantee ‘set delivery times’. We do however offer 3 delivery options to choose from to help give you an idea of what time to expect to receive your flowers by.

  • AM PRIORITY: 9AM -1PM 
  • PM PRIORITY: 1PM - 6PM 
  • ANY TIME STANDARD DELIVERY: 9AM - 6PM 

Can I track my delivery?

As we do not use a courier company to deliver your flowers we do not have the ability to track individual deliveries, however you are welcome to phone the store on 0208 441 5777 and ask the team to update you on your delivery status at any time.

What happens if the recipient is not home to accept the delivery of flowers?

As our deliveries are often gifted to the recipient by a family member or a friend we often face the situation where there is nobody home to accept the ‘surprise delivery’. Do not let this worry you, our team are experienced in ensuring the item is either left somewhere safe, left with a neighbour or as a very last resort the item is returned back to the store safely and a new delivery date and time will be arranged between the recipient and the team in-store (free of charge).

Our driver will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ calling card at the delivery location advising the recipient of where their gorgeous bouquet can be found.
